This Acceptable Use Policy outlines what constitutes acceptable use of the NSO.to platform. It applies to all users and workspaces.

NSO.to is designed for music industry professionals to create smart links, manage fan relationships, run campaigns, and build web presence. Use the platform for legitimate music promotion and marketing activities.

Do not use the Service to distribute spam, phishing, or deceptive content. Do not create links that redirect to malware, illegal content, or sites that violate intellectual property rights.

Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or security measures. Do not scrape or bulk-collect data from the platform.

Do not use the fan management tools to send unsolicited emails or violate anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination. We will provide notice where practical before taking action.
