By accessing or using the NSO.to platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

NSO.to provides a smart links platform for the music industry, including link management, analytics, fan engagement tools, campaign management, and website building capabilities.

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Free accounts are subject to usage limits as described in our pricing.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant NSO.to a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Service.

You must not submit content that infringes on intellectual property rights, contains malware, or violates applicable laws.

You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to infringe on others' rights, to distribute spam or malware, to attempt to gain unauthorized access, or to interfere with the Service's operation.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow export, after which it will be permanently deleted.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. NSO.to shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
